Great customer service, they called me to help resolve and issue and Andy was kind and very quick to think of a solution!

Several calls, emails, texts to get a response. None. Two weeks to get my clubs back. No advocacy on their part to help. If you call the customer service number, good luck. Today, had a customer service rep actually answer the phone. Really poor experience. Will not use again.

Customer service were polite as mentioned in prior review; however, at the end of the day lost my clubs. They said they felt confident in finding them, instead of filing a claim right away. The process took over a month. Needs to improve the process.
