I moved to West Palm Beach about six months ago, from Houston Texas. I was a personal trainer and group fitness instructor back in my hometown. And ever since I’ve moved here, I’ve been trying to look for a gym that was similar to the vibes of the gyms I went to back in Texas. I ultimately was not able to find a single gym that I liked. That was until I tried out rock fitness. This gym is the absolute best in West Palm And so far the staff and environment has been excellent. I couldn’t recommend this gym more, and I REALLY appreciate Kameron At the front desk for helping me out, and kickstarting my membership. :)))

Only 2 things that need worked on.1. The music is not workout music and too often the "N" word is in the lyrics. It's an inappropriate place to be playing that kind of music. Consider inspiring workout music2. Lacking in maintaining the gym as in cleaning restrooms, soap and towels dispensers empty too often, over flowing trash cans throughout. A little touch up paint and cleaning goes a long way.Good points are most of the equipment is maintained and most of the staff are very kind.If they address the 2 items I have no problem changing to 5 ⭐.

Yep true your trying to meet everybody's taste of music but not on the expense of hearing the N word maybe that's normal and typical for you to hear that kind of word N this & N that and seem to be a pattern and ok to play that kind of music at your facility and I don't need to be reminded that I have to use my own headphones which is already attached to my ear because your music is blasting loud in your gym & inappropriate and super disgusting to my ears to not have my earbuds that's why I put them on to block myself from listening to that cheap denigrating music at the end of the day your the one who's in need of the customer plus I don't need to hear your sass in the way you responded in your comment !! As a brown colored person like me it offends me to hear this kind of thug ghetto music !

Nice gym with everything you need. Also doesn’t feel like a country club. Just wish it had a sauna.

Really good gym. Has a very old school feel to it which I love. They have some really great body building style machines. Also during peak hours not overcrowded with tons of people. Great environment if you are serious about working out and not just looking for swimming pool and a sauna. 10/10 would recommend.

Can’t find a better gym around for this price. Very well stocked considering the smaller square footage. Great atmosphere that encourages you to push yourself during workouts. Amicable staff always willing to help out.

Relocated and needed to find a gym, we checked out Rock Fitness and automatically felt right at home. Owner was very friendly and generous with his hospitality! Very happy being a member of Rock Fitness!

Be careful with these people. I cancelled my memebership 3 months ago, and A WEEK AGO ago they reached me out to tell me that I owe a bunch of fees that apparently have been accumulating since then because my account couldn’t been cancelled.Anyway, I asked for details about my account and they said that they will call back to let me know. Guess what? I’m still waiting for that call. I try to contact them again and the guy at the front desk says that he “doesn’t handle those things”.When it comes to leave a review, these guys would text me like 3x a week to ask me to do it, but they had to wait 3 months to tell me that I owe money?!Be aware, because they don’t provide all the information, that way your “debt” increases until it gets harder to pay it.

I signed up for the gym solely for Tatianas' amazing kickboxing class!!! She is extremely motivating, educated, and always greets you with a warm smile:)
