Nice gym with everything you need. Also doesn’t feel like a country club. Just wish it had a sauna.

Can’t find a better gym around for this price. Very well stocked considering the smaller square footage. Great atmosphere that encourages you to push yourself during workouts. Amicable staff always willing to help out.

10/10 equipment and 10/10 staff honestly an overall amazing gym and it’s never crowded
We are a gym located in the heart of West Palm Beach Florida. Rock Fitness Center has a large free weight section complete with flat, incline, and decline weight benches.
Members can attend our aerobics classes along with Zumba and Yoga. There is an additional room for indoor cycling and a cardio section with dozens of treadmills, steppers and exercise bikes. Those that need additional instruction can be trained by one of our many personal trainers in diet, nutrition and their own personal workout program. We also offer special classes for seniors in our Silver Sneakers program for seated workouts, balance training and strength conditioning.
