Clean and modern location, lacks basic customer service procedures. The team is nice, but efficient operational practices don't exist.

I had a very pleasant experience working with this Chase Bank this morning. Very friendly teller who greeted me by my name, and answered all questions about my check patiently and thoroughly. He made it a great drive thru!
