The attitude that i deal with in this branch was very frustrating! The also wasted two hours of my time, that i cannot get back. They had bankers available, but i was unable to see one simply because the bankers work by appointments. They will never see my face again, i hope that they shut it down

I have been having problems with chase bank when it comes to withdraws and fraud I called about it n I finally got it fixed.

Terrible branch 7 desks 2 bankers working took 10 minutes to tell me they were too busy to open a new account for me no customers at their desks
