Our technician showed up with no tools. Couldn't get the lugnuts off, so he told us to call a tow and left us stranded. We are from PA so we were stranded. Thank God for Roadside Rangers! They saved our day! DO NOT USE INMAN'S!!!

Requested roadside assistance through State Farm. The app assigned me this company and said it would be a 60-85 minute wait. After about 45 minutes, I got a text saying it would be an additional 160 minutes. Four hours to change a flat tire?!Service: Tires

I would give them 0 stars if I could. Giving them 1 star is gracious. In my tire change requested I specifically indicated I was on the highway. Dispatch called and asked the same questions I had already stated. Asked if I have a spare. All just to say they don't have the tools needed to perform the service. JUST TERRIBLE
