“There are a lot of negative reviews for this store, but we've always had a good experience here.The staff is friendly & helpful and they have a good selection of clothing. Yes, theres a wait at checkout sometimes but its a busy store.Their 90% clearance sales are amazing when you find things you like.4 stars because I've noticed that some of the clothing on sale is dirty, worn out, or stained and shouldn't be for sale.”

HUGE audio CD selection as a bonus! It's like they went to all the flea markets and only brought the good stuff back!”

“Daily specials and reasonable prices. A place like Goodwill will have no sales and try to sell you used Walmart shirts for more than they'd cost at Walmart. Forget Goodwill, go to Community Thrift Store.”
“As a "shopper"....it is mostly a positive experience. I've bought leather coats for $20....and expensive sneakers for $10. The Wednesday 50% off clothing sale is a gas---except for all the people that have friends holding their place in line----and the numerous people who buy exclusively to resell at a profit. (I've seen several"regulars" throw 50+ pairs of sneakers in their buggy.....then wait til later to actually sort through the ones they are posting on internet.) Me, personally, when I donate I prefer my goods actually go to people in need!....Not to line the pockets of internet vultures! So I give elsewhere---where the needing people get the goods I give. THat being said....I "assume" all the monies raised from these sales at the local SA stores all goes to very deserving programs. (Hence the high 4 star rating.) And every now and then I stumble onto a very unique item that I "just can't live without!" These items usually get redonated after reality sets in---but it's cheaper than gambling and it does raise funds for important social programs. So....."shop on!"”
