“I was traveling from Virginia to Cape Coral, FL and stopped in this branch to make a deposit and also to withdraw some cash. The teller I dealt with was personable and professional. What a pleasure to be in SunTrust Branch where the employees act like they value their customers! I live in Gainesville, VA, where the Stonewall Branch is 1 mile from my home. The tellers are very hard to deal with. You can use the same teller for months, and every time you walk into the branch, they act like they have no clue that they have ever seen you before. A person certainly does not feel valued in Gainesville, VA.”
“What a wonderful bank to deal with the staff there is so polite and such a pleasure to do business with Truist on State Road 56 and Wesley Chapel, Florida, like I say the representative there are so nice. They welcome you when you come in the door they say I hope you had a good day and they just bend over backwards. to help their customers, it’s such a beautiful bank. It’s always nice and clean and always respectable and that way, and like I say, I cannot say enough about the staff that works there. I am disabled myself not very often when I get the opportunity to go in because I do most of my business through the ATM, but when I do go in, everything is always top-notch thank you so much. “From starting the day with going into 5 banks all of them stating that you have to have a appointment to be seen (which I did not know that!) Anyways I made a appointment for my husband and I since we were trying to open a bank together and we got there an hour before our appointment. Sat down and not even a minute goes by, and the Manager Philp asks us if have an appointment and we say yes, he said prefect she is actually coming back earlier so she take you guys early. Prefect everything about this place was a great experience our banker was Bharti Dave a wonderful and nice lady got us all set up in less than an hour. Amazing service and with the perks with this bank is why they were our 1st choice and so happy we got these wonderful two people to help us. We are so gratefully appreciating for everything.”
