No one picks up the phone. Might as well cut off the phone line and save that cost.

Fri, 9:15 am, Won’t answer phone. Tried several times , it rings 5 times and disconnects. Doesn’t allow you to leave message.

They are never helpful. We have came in 4 times and they can never open a new account. They said we need an appointment but with my husband's work we never know when he will have off so I can't make it in advance.
