“Absolutely random last minute tow needed under extremely unusual circumstances! Completely random purchase that required to be moved same day asap! I was scrolling on marketplace and I saw a vehicle for a great price that needed to be moved that day. The owner was moving, my problem was it was 6pm on a Saturday and I live an hour and a half away. I organized a place for the truck to go in the area and searched for someone to tow it. I called a few companies and ended up using Elvis towing. My call was answered by Sheili and writhing a few minutes she had a price for the distance and an extremely reasonable eta. Even with my unusual situation she was very helpful with providing information that I was looking for. They didn’t ask for payment until they were there and ready to tow. When others wanted money upfront with unknown pick up times. She addressed my concerns and made me feel like a client rather than just a paycheck like other companies. She also gave me callback times of when the drivers were close and en route. I can say with 100% certainty that Sheili is the reason I went with Elvis towing, instead of others. The biggest thing lacking at other companies I talked to is where she made me feel confident in going with that company for a small amount more $$. With that you get timely, caring, and professional towing. That being said I even made sure that to send a tip to her for being so great something that is probably rare for a tow company dispatcher. I didn’t ask her but I hope this company realizes the value of an extraordinary employee that can make customers confident in the service they provide. And with the small price increase I really hope that there is a commission that goes to her, withought great and honest employees you lose business and I can tell you for a fact that she is the reason I went with this company. So if your in a jam and triple A is hours away or another company isn’t sure on timing or prices give Elvis towing a call and you will be taken care of!”
