“Super impressed with valrico auto repair today. I had to see a new mechanic due to my car having issues while out of town. He said I would need a new transmission. I got a second opinion from my normal technician at valrico. He did some research and found my issues were caused by a bad thermometer. He was able to fix the car for pretty cheap, saving me from having to buy a new car. This is huge! Thank you so much.”

“Danny is fantastic! Easily the best, most honest mechanic I have met. Dealing with issues on a 18-year old BMW. Brought it in with a few steering/suspension issues. Pricing was more than fair and he told me exactly what was needed and what was “recommended “ down the road. I actually asked him to do a few extra items and he priced it more than fair. “I went to get my tire rotation and Pedro called and told me my rear brake pads were still good but the front were at the minimum and needed to be replaced I asked if he could put the best brake pads on the front Saturday morning he said that he could I picked up my tundra a couple hours later I will recommend tire choice to all my friends and family thank you all for great customer service.”

The mechanics are skilled and knowledgable. Melissa in the front office really listens to you when explain your mechanical issue. Everyone is respectful and courteous. “My experience is nothing like some of these reviews. My repair had failed on the roof of my F150. Under USAA Star Warranty program all repairs have a lifetime warranty as long as you own the vehicle. Now, I read the reviews and was reluctant to bring my vehicle in because of them. I can tell you the whole process was extremely smooth and on time. Brandi told me about 4 to 5 days and it was spot on. Felicia, the front office lady, was helpful and nice as well. I got my truck back and the repair is outstanding. My truck was also washed and looked vacuumed out. Another plus imo. Im trying to be more balanced and I am writing this review because I did not receive a 3.7 star service. Quite the contrary. 5 stars. Very smooth process.”
