“Jose Is amazing!!!!My part is discontinued by GM. I was searching Canada, Great Britain, and USA. I found a connection to this business in FL and I'm in ID, almost to Canada. The prior phone call to another place quoted $3,000 plus shipping knowing the scarcity. Talking to Jose he had one and 2 more in wrecking yards in USA. We talked almost daily confirming, he sent me pics of the part, i sent pics of cashiers check. Not once did he talk down to me for being a woman. I scheduled my appointment on the phone with A Service Manager & was pleasantly greeted on the day of my appointment. The process of checking in was very fast & efficient. For oil change and tire rotation plus checking all fluids, I was in & out in an hour and a half on a busy Friday! Definitely recommend this place!”
“I'm new to Bennett's. But then I'm new to Florida and Seffner, having moved here a little over two years ago from back West. Took my son's Toyota Camry six weeks ago for an air conditioner/heating problem and Nate and his crew did an excellent job. I was afraid we'd have to replace the entire system and all it took was to replace the blower. I know that at the dealer we would have been coaxed to replace the system, and more. I'm so done with the dealers! I recently took in my Honda Accord for a parts issue and after inspecting the car, Nate actually advised against doing any parts replacement at this time ("If it ain't broke don't fix it", he said). He's knowledgeable, down-to-earth and honest! Can't ask for more. Found our family auto mechanic for sure. Totally recommend this shop!”
