Steve was very friendly over the phone and walked me through what my car needed and things to keep in mind before the next visit. Very affordable and will not upcharge with unnecessary work. With how busy this mechanic shop is be prepared for a long wait if all you're doing is an oil change. Dropped my car off around 10:00am and did not finish until 5pm.
