“I was looking for a great mechanic shop, as a car girl it’s very hard for me to let just anyone work on my baby. I know the average shops like pepboys and tires plus etc are just looking for the $$$ and don’t do their job to the fullest. I came across Goodfelo’s, 5star reviews and chose to head in. All employees were kind, educated, relaxed, and altogether made me feel comfortable enough to trust my car with them. they quoted me a great price for some new tires/installation and had it done in a timely manner. “A coworker recommended this shop when my car wouldn't start. They were incredibly kind and told me they would come test my battery where I was stuck so I didn't have to call AAA. They were able to jump it and I followed to the shop as I knew there was more than just the battery. They were able to confirm I was right, but didn't push a battery sale on me since my existing one was still under warranty through AAA. They have a shuttle service which is very convenient, but also wifi at the shop if you decide to wait there. They also have a teacher discount, which I appreciated!”

“This review has been long overdue, but I want to say that I’ve had excellent service purchasing my car there and even going back when there was an issue with a tire. The day that I purchased the car, there was a sign saying that there was a low tire pressure and they originally addressed it by adding air but we found out soon after that the issue kept reoccurring so I went back and their service was excellent. Starting with **MATT MUJICA** and ending with **CARLOS BALULA**. How they treated me and even my 4 yr old son was so sweet and helpful. I am grateful for people like them and wouldn’t think twice before returning or recommending.”

My son attends UCF 3rd year and last year we had an overheating problem and the owner talked me through everything I am 300+ miles away and the owner didn’t take advantage of us as he could have. This week of course 4 days before driving home for Christmas check engine lights ABS lights traction control lights all came on and Abdel I think is the owner had put Cherokee on scanner and found a code and cleared it and said try this sometimes a glitch happens. If if doesn’t work come back and we will get you fixed before the weekend. And lo and behold yesterday morning it started again. My son got it to shop before noon Thursday and Friday morning work complete and was very fair on price. I will definitely share this business name around campus. “I usually go to Tire Kingdom but after they were acquired by Mavis their prices went up significantly and the experience isn't as good with scheduling and billing. The staff is still good but the experience is pricey and clunky. I visited CBA Alafaya after receiving a coupon at the exact time I needed an oil change. It took just at 2 hours from start of my appointment time until I had my keys back in my hand; not bad in my opinion. I declined the shuttle service offer and I took advantage of the free wifi and the clean waiting area to work. I really like the inspection and invoicing system here. The photos of key components and tests (fluid levels, battery, brake pad wear, etc.) are good for me to easily add to my vehicle records folder. Christian, Matt, and Luis were all extremely friendly and covered my next recommended services and pricing with no pressure or aggressive sales tactics. Techs appeared to not be frustrated and in their groove; where competitors tend to have techs running around in panic while the manager yells at them. The shop floor was also extremely clean and organized for a place that constantly has dirty vehicles, parts, and fluids moving in-and-out all day. I've never seen a cleaner garage bay at an auto shop. I will be back with my other vehicle and bring my primary car back for the recommended services soon. The price is a little more than nearby competitors (but less than manufacturer) and I think it was worth it for the level of service and the digital experience.”
