He sat with me for 2 hrs. Helping me with financial advice, how to do online banking, and even sat with me through another excruciating FEMA phone call. Very kind, professional and patient. He is my hero of the day and I highly respect.him and.recommend his valuable services as a knowledgeable professional and wonderful human being.”

She is such a kind, sweet, soul who you can tell really loves taking care of people and helping them out. The particular issue I came in for was that I noticed fraud on my account, not only did she help me fix that promptly and put me at ease with that, but more than she knows I was struggling and frustrated with normal life struggles that appear in all of our lives, without her knowing just by being friendly and having a pleasant and helpful conversation she helped me tremendously that day by reinforcing positivity. I have since emailed her questions about opening up an account and not only did she provide me with an answer or a one word answer, she sent me a detailed plethora of information that I actually needed in making a decision. My point is she went above and beyond rather than just doing her job. I hope whoever runs that branch and TD bank in general sees this and that have a star employee and to treat her well, now a days great customer service and even just kindness is very hard to find. Everyone else was also extremely pleasant, I went in with a headache and left at peace. Thank you TD but mainly Tabitha. If you are looking to get your finances handled correctly and stress free she is your girl!”

Cassandra Puccio, at the Tarpon Springs branch was extremely helpful. She showed concern for my issues and told me she would look into it and call me back. She did exactly as she said and followed up with to let me know how to move forward. Her concern and promptness to make sure that my issues were resolved is very refreshing!”
