“This branch has always been very helpful with anything I needed assistance with . Natalie provided great customer service today squeezing us in between her appointment times when we didn’t have one because it was urgent. The tellers are also always friendly, and Wells Fargo as a bank itself has been good to me and even helped me during a case of scam through ZELLE, who refused to do anything for me and Wells Fargo stepped in and sent me a refund. I’m happy with this bank and my local branch.”

“I have only been to this branch twice but both interactions were pleasant. The last person to attend to me was Jade Hudson, I pay my car loan with her and it was a quick and painless experience. Very different from the transactions at the St. Petersburg branch on 4th st. There, I feel I was treated like a scum bag. They are very rude, I went there to make payments and because it was my wife's loan they did not want to deal with me. Each time was a problem. I would never go back to this bank because of this.”

“I went into Regions on US 19A in Palm Harbor. I was immediately greeted with a warm and welcoming Hello, Welcome. Obvious the ladies at Regions were happy to see me.I met with Lily at the teller window and told her I needed 2 cashier checks. She took my information and suggest I might like to sit because it would take a couple of minutes. Very shortly later she presented me with my request and ask if she could do anything else. Extremely helpful, and professional. Lily made me feel like a valid employee. While was waiting for Lily the other lady behind the teller window inquired if she could be of any help. Lily is an asset to Regions Bank. Honestly, bothe of these ladies are an asset to Regions.”

“I recently had an important issue to resolve and i came into the bank. I was first helped by Cathy Spielvogel and I wasn't optimistic. I wound up having to leave and come back due to my own time issues but by the time I left I was smiling and laughing and genuinely feeling my stress relieved despite not resolving my issue right away. She is very special to be able to calm someone that hasnt been satisfied quite yet. I returned to the bank later that afternoon, now abundantly optimistic and I explained that I was still having an issue with my account. I was then helped by Lynne Hensley because Mrs. Cathy was occupied. She was spectacular as well. She literally walked me through the whole process, even around to the drive thru atm because the walk up atm was down. It was 100 degrees outside and we had to patiently wait. But I could not have found anything to complain about. These two ladies were just FRIENDLY. I thanked them for making my day a little better.”
