“I wish I could give more stars. On Saturday, I had an eye emergency that needed immediate attention. I found this office and called the office line and chose the option for after hours emergency. Dr. Mertzlufft picked up the phone to my surprise since most after hours services you have to leave a voicemail and wait for a call back. I explained how much pain I was in and he was able to see me that morning. After my visit my eye felt so much better and I can’t thank him enough for relieving my severe eye pain. I had a follow up appt with him a couple days later and everything healed up just fine. If you find yourself in need an experienced, compassionate and professional Doctor then look no further! I’ve decided to use this office for even my routine eye exams and eye care. THANK YOU Dr. Mertzlufft and staff!”
“I recently needed to buy two scrub tops and pants for my job and was in a rush because I needed them the next day. I called one day 30 minutes before closing and Cara and Jane offered to help me by purchasing the items over the phone because they had to close in 20 mins but I told them that I would come by the next day. I then called the following day 1 hour before they closed because that’s when I got out of work and asked them to put two sizes on hold for me to try on. I arrived 30 minutes before closing and Cara and Jane were nothing but the sweetest and most understanding. The helped me pick the best fit and I am beyond happy with their beyond remarkable customer service. I have worked retail jobs for 3 plus years, and I can confidently say that these ladies are the best of the best and deserve a raise 1000%. Then, even more amazing, he spent at least half an hour with us, making suggestions and adjusting Mom's walker. Mom left the store with the same walker she walked in with, but now it meets her needs. “Mr. David Tyson was very professional and it shows how much he cares for the patients and us (respiratory therapist). He took his time explaining what was wrong and how to fix a broken oxygen manometer. He didn’t just pick up and drop off oxygen tanks. He was very helpful! Lincare is lucky to have him as part of their team! Picture attached is when he was explaining why the equipment is leaking and showed me how he fixed it.”

“As a disabled service connected veteran I would recommend this little gem of a pharmacy and medical supply store. I needed tubing for oxygen and they made sure they had the item stock as they didn't want me to drive down to their store for nothing. It looks to be family owned and operated and is located in the same strip mall as Michael's right off Bearrs. I know I'll go back to them before heading to a big chain pharmacy.”
