“I officially moved in today and I absolutely love it so far. Management is extremely helpful and attentive. They allowed me to get my keys a few days early to start brining belongings in. They almost always answer the phone when I call, and call back promptly if a voicemail is left. Also, the hype about Linda is absolutely well deserved. She answered my email on a holiday weekend, even though the front office is closed. Very helpful, friendly, and kind staff that genuinely want renters to feel at home. Maria is also fantastic. Unit is beautiful and very clean. Stainless steel appliances and beautiful countertops. Washer and dryer. Beautiful floors. I am so pleased with my choice, and believe me when I say that I spent hours and hours reading reviews and touring apartments before I chose Beach Club. Thank you!

Follow up one month after move in: FANTASTIC place to live. Linda and Maria are absolutely wonderful. Management is attentive, professional, KIND, and extremely accommodating. I have spoken extensively to my neighbors and they all feel the same and have such wonderful things to say about Linda. Maria as well. Beach Club currently has a fantastic team and I hope the owners do and pay what is necessary to keep such a stellar team. Remember, you get what you pay for!!! They absolutely deserve it and, to be fair, I am a VERY hard sell. Thank you, Linda, for making things so effortless and for being so fantastic.”

“This is my updated review after living here for 3 months. I am amazed by the attentiveness of the maintenance team. The care of the residents by the staff and cleanliness of the facility. By far one of the best choices in Tampa. Whereas renewing a lease is troublesome I can be the first to say I can’t wait for the renewal. I first started my lease with 5 Oaks at Westchase and although promising we had several concerns but ever since Bell took over it is a dream to be living at such a beautiful apartment with the best staff there is. Thank you guys for all that you do and for making this place feel like home.”

“We live in PA and my partner got a great job in Tampa so we recently took a trip to look at apartments. After touring more than 15 complexes in the area and Harbour Island we narrowed it down to 2 and this was hands down one of them! Our assistant Maritza was awesome! She was professional, knowledgeable, and obviously loves what she does! I don’t speak as a resident and we made an extremely difficult decision to go with another apartment (due to things that have nothing to do with this place being great or not) & I can see why people love where they live. The amenities were great. The common spaces are large, beautiful, and luxurious. The pool and outside area were impeccable and very clean and kept well. The units had great views, nice large kitchens, spacious walk-in closets and bedrooms with carpets (which both of these were lacking in many places we saw). Overall excellent first impressions here. Bittersweet decision we made but this will definitely be on our radar should we move after our first year lease at the other apartment. Thank you Maritza for your time & care with us! “I just moved three weeks ago and I only have good things to say. The apartment is beautiful, when I arrived it was perfectly clean. I loved the high ceilings and the tile floor. The kitchen is large and open for cooking with the family. The attention at the office is very friendly and always willing to help you with anything you need. I drink my coffee every day on the balcony, I have a beautiful view and I just want to say that my family and I are happy to live in this place. Thanks to the office for accepting us and giving us the opportunity to live here.”

“Great place to live on so many levels. The front desk and Management are friendly and efficient.
The entire maintenance staff is incredible. This is one of the cleanest and well kept properties, they all do such a wonderful job. You’ll see them out there bright and early in the morning making sure everything is perfect for their residence. The pool area always look so pretty and clean. Even with a large amount of customers to service they are still very prompt in getting stuff done.

“I moved into The Oaks a year ago without touring and was a bit nervous about moving from another state before seeing where I was going to live. I was so pleasantly surprised, with the apartment itself but also with the community!! From the management office (Jonna), the maintenance staff, neighbors, and surrounding area. All my maintenance requests have been addressed and resolved the same day and management handles all matters so efficiently. They make the oaks such a lovely place to call home. Renewed my lease without hesitation :)”

“I moved across the country and chose Citrus Run apartments because: 1) they are a part of Venterra, which has always been fair and provided me with a safe, and pleasant residency. 2) Their staff has always made a connection that feels more than “this is who I pay my bill to.”They have resident events and appreciation days, they keep the property clean, they are welcoming and don’t mind to have a conversation. At Citrus Run, they have shown genuine personalities, taken measures to improve and update the complex for us residents, and keep us updated on upcoming maintenance. No unexpected surprises with property upkeep.Also, there’s a pool, new grill, and a nature walk!”

“Great appliances, good gym equipment, great Baristas (Meridth and Christelle), good amenities. Tracy is amazing and organized and coached me through the entire move in process. I have not been in an apartment in over 20 years and they were so helpful. I am in a cool studio space, with a nice patio view. Maybe closer to a 5. Location is perfect. No complaints and happy with everything so far.”

“We weren’t able to visit Tampa and look at apartments prior to moving, so I understand how important reviews are. Here is my honest review of The Morrison.

Pros:
- Can’t beat the location (10 min walk to bayshore and Hyde park village)
- Our apartment faces beautiful sunsets every night
- Sauna is a nice amenity
- Pool with a lot of lounge chairs and cabanas
- Community event where we met lots of friends
- Valet trash service
- Under 50 units
- Nice, friendly and mature tenants
- Maintenance and on call team are extremely helpful and come right away if there is an issue.
- emergency hotline to call if needed.
- Kristie is very responsive and helpful.
- Pool area is clean with two grills.
- huge floor to ceiling windows in living room making the apartment filled with light
-Kristie always looking to improve the complex. We now have free pilates on the weekends

Cons:
- walls are thin. Neighbor wakes us up every night with his snoring.
- if you face Green Lemon, the loud music will keep you up every single night Monday-Sunday. Awful bass noise.
- Units have a roach issue in the summer (they come and go with careful mediation and constant spraying. Common for Florida)
- The apartment hallways are outside
- LOUD fire alarms go off once a month from the businesses below. They go on and on for a half hour before the fire department arrives. It is unnecessarily loud I feel awful for the pets. Goes off at all hours (currently going off at midnight despite all businesses being closed)
- Red centipedes in outside hallways and indoor clubhouse/gym (thankfully they are harmless and go away in winter)
- Neighbors had all their appliances break
- Builder grade materials (ex: kitchen cabinets aren’t real wood. Doors are paper thin). Expensive for the quality
- Living near the gym causes a lot of noise. We’re woken up from deadlifts (weights slamming floor) and people running on treadmill

Overall, I would definitely recommend living here to someone else, but would not consider it a “luxury” apartment. You can’t beat the location!”

“I've lived here for 2+ years. Rent is as reasonable as can be during these times dealing with inflation. Maintenance slacks a little but for the most part they do their job in a timely manner, and do it well. The office staff is extremely nice jillian bridget/brittany(I can never remember her name), and the dark haired lady who just transferred here . All three ladies are lovely. I've seen ppl complain in the reviews about them and it's beyond me because I've had many issues and they accommodate me no matter my issue, or attempt to assist. The gym is small but efficient. I love it. The grounds are clean. Even the residents are lovely. My only issue would be the lizards running rampant. In some of the buildings it's almost like an infestation. Usually when I step out my home I almost have to run to my car to stay clear of them. Other than that the complex is great. Its about 15 minutes from everything. If rent stayed at a fixed rate I'd stay here forever!”

“Wonderful place to live! The location is amazing... walking distance to the supermarket, 24-hour CVS, Panera, and a couple of very nice restaurants along South Howard Ave. Hyde Park Village is also very close by, if you want more variety in terms of shops and restaurants.The swimming pool area and grounds are beautiful, though for the amount of money that you pay for an apartment here, I do wish it was heated, so you can swim in the cooler months. Haven't had any issues safety-wise, and it's nice to have a reserved spot in a parking garage. Maintenance is usually on top of things once you submit a work order through the apartment community's website. Would have stayed another year, but needed to upgrade to a two bedroom, and prices in the South Tampa area have gotten crazy over the past year. Best of luck apartment hunting!”

“This place is one of the best, not only for its location, but because is a place of enjoyment to live as a senior like me. The management, the cafeteria services, the maintenance crew, security, cleaning services, Administration all are excellent to say the least. I moved out after 10 years only because I had to go overseas to take care of a family member. I will move back as soon as management find my turn to hit the waiting list, I hope soon enough.
