“I stopped by this community to get additional info., I had spoken to Alfred via telephone the day before and informed him I would be in that area viewing apts and I may stop by. Alfred said please do, not a problem. I showed up with my mother pretty close to closing time on Saturday at that, however Alfred was the first to come to the door and ask if he can help with anything and I informed him I was the one who spoke to him via telephone the day before. He immediately invited me in, went over some apt information with me and although he did mention touring the apts was closed for the day, he still went forward and showed me one model(a 2 bdrm)the pool area, gym etc... I don't live here and I may consider I may not but that's what I call customer service!!!! Thank You Alfred!!”
