“Deborah & the Eso Team worked with us on a 9k sq foot home with 2 kitchens (including a full commercial home kitchen), 9 bathrooms, a complicated master bathroom with multiple vanities, custom cabinets, mirrors, plus a huge tub, sauna, steam, and salt room. Her design sensitivities and listening to what we wanted were excellent - her suggestions always reflected that she was paying attention to our intentions. Her team prepared comprehensive installation binders and was always available to our plumbers and electricians as we did the rough and the final. We had a bunch of swaps and changes along the way, and Deborah was quick to send the new part and swap the old one. She was patient and thoughtful during the design phase, showed great attention to detail as we started to make decisions, and was a true partner during construction and installation. We could not have been more pleased with every aspect of the work - they're lovely, professional, and have great integrity. Thank you!”

I decided to start a pressure washing business in Florida and looked for a place for chemicals and equipment repair. I stopped in and spoke with Luc, who was very helpful and patient with his time in explaining everything I previously forgot. He gave me the impression of being a straight shooter and I have since used his services happily.”
“I've been struggling to change a wheel/ tire of a garden wagon I have. The bearing was stuck where I couldn't get the tires off to put on new tires. A bearing puller nor sledge hammer didnt worked lol. I decided to take the whole assembly arm to harbour freight to see what I could figure out. I met a gentleman who works there, his name is Gabriel. He was awesome. He called the manager over to see if he could help. In 2 minutes he took off the wheel. He figured it out in 2 minutes and also helped me re-thread the screw. I would like to thank Gabriel for his kindness and a big big big thank you to the manager Brandon. I came home and installed the wheel and I'm good to go again. Thank you once again Brandon.”

“I’ve always wanted to go here and support this mom and pop hardware store. Today I was given a reason. No one at the big box store down the street would help me and I decided to give one more place a shot. Just went to look for a rain barrel spout (bulk head spout) and at first didn’t find it where I was directed to but then a really nice sales guy started helping me piece something together and ultimately found me exactly what I was looking for! I couldn’t believe it! I was ready to leave and feel defeated and shop online but the gentleman took time to listen and help me! That’s amazing for this day in age. I forgot a down spout rain collector so I will be back soon! I’ll post pics soon too. Can’t wait to say hello. Leave a like or follow me if this was helpful. “Great store, great staff, thank you for you help. I twisted off the hot water valve and had a 7am emergency visit to the store on commercial. I have an older 1983 built house and was terrified that there might be no Kohler parts to rebuild. Ferguson plumbing took their time to match the broken valve assembly and hooked me up with the rebuild kit. I installed it, it is correct part, and works great. The house has water again.”
