“My 5 stars is directed for two of the best experiences I had with one worker of Home Depot Coral Springs, his name is Mirtza , for me he was very knowledgeable about locations of everything I asked for, he was able to assist with loading the merchandise on my cart and most of all his patience to acknowledge other customers while caring for me is above the service I expected from a Home Depot employee. The PRO area has a couple people also that I will get their names and make sure I give a good review they work early mornings and is always ready to help. Great team.”

“I placed an order online for a couple of kitchen appliances. Right after the order was placed, I realized one of the items was setup for delivery, one for pickup. So I decided to call the store to rectify the problem.The wait on the phone was so LONG...it was ridiculous. I decided to cancel the online order and re-enter it with the right delivery instructions. The website is really good and easy to navigate...it was easy to cancel the order and place a new one. The delivery was smooth and they provided good communication the day of the delivery and installation....several texts and emails gave me a feel for when the delivery would take place. I also got a call first thing in the morning telling me the time frame for the delivery. Good communication.”

“Suppose to be happy and joyful to deal with my purchases and orders the professional services of my floor changing projects, who knows from beginning , we had a frustrating, the restroom basins we want to purchase, only one piece in the rack, then the manager came to help, but he could not find the other five pieces they just received the night before. What’s the messy. Then we inquired the free estimation for my floor, the sign showed $2.99 sq for installation, then we got quote, we couldn’t believe there were so many mysteries fee in there, we ended in there.I will say, low’s return service is very good and helpful, just need to improve their management.”

“Service used to be perfect! Everyone was always willing to help out, but apparently the staff has changed. Gloria always put a smile on your face, she retired. Sean Is very helpful and kind, the rest of the staff seems bothered to do their job. Very disheartening as I used to love coming to Ace. I am changing my review as I had to bring back 4 fluorescent lights with no receipt. The cashier almost said no. Went and got the manager, he was SUPER helpful and polite like the good ol days when Gloria was there. Thank you to the ones who care!??”

“I was in the area visiting friends and they needed a new smoke alarm, so we all went to this Lowe's to check on the options. I helped them by getting on the mobile app and finding out the brands and prices as well as the aisle where the smoke alarms were. My friends were able to quickly pinpoint on the one they wanted and I was happy to be able to help out on the preliminary research task. Staff here seemed very friendly and hard working.”

“I’ve always wanted to go here and support this mom and pop hardware store. Today I was given a reason. No one at the big box store down the street would help me and I decided to give one more place a shot. Just went to look for a rain barrel spout (bulk head spout) and at first didn’t find it where I was directed to but then a really nice sales guy started helping me piece something together and ultimately found me exactly what I was looking for! I couldn’t believe it! I was ready to leave and feel defeated and shop online but the gentleman took time to listen and help me! That’s amazing for this day in age. I forgot a down spout rain collector so I will be back soon! I’ll post pics soon too. Can’t wait to say hello. Leave a like or follow me if this was helpful. “Hidden gem. Real honest people here who give fair prices and don't blind-side the customer. I dropped off a chainsaw at closing, and the next day they called me at 8-something in the morning to give me a price and asked if I wanted to fix it. I said yes and they told me it would be ready in an hour. There must be hundreds of pieces of equipment in there so I have no idea how they're so efficient. They provided a detailed invoice which the last 2 companies I dealt with did not provide at all, even after asking both of them 4 times for one. The chainsaw is running perfectly, and after inspecting, I saw that they used high quality and name brand parts. The labor and parts costs were extremely reasonable and not overcharged.”
