“I was told by a friend this was the best option to go have my watch repaired. I went this morning, Rich helped me. There was a tiny part of my watch strap that fell out which made it impossible to secure the strap to my wrist. I had found the little part so I brought that with me and the watch maker repaired the watch in less than 10 minutes. They were very helpful. Amazing customer service.
