There was a tiny part of my watch strap that fell out which made it impossible to secure the strap to my wrist. I had found the little part so I brought that with me and the watch maker repaired the watch in less than 10 minutes. They were very helpful. Amazing customer service. And, if you want to buy a watch they have a great selection including many luxury brands (Rolex, Cartier, Hublot, IWC, Bvlgari, etc)”
