“If your looking for honesty out of a mechanic you can find it here. I don't know the first thing about cars. My brakes felt like they were going out, something was wrong. I took my car to Darren and told him I need new brakes or pads or whatever he suggested, and left my car in his care. He could have easily replaced something and I wouldn't have known any better and been happy with the bill. Instead it was a minor cleaning and for barely nothing, I was on my way. Brakes are fine now. I'll be back to Darren for anything and everything in the future!Service: Brakes”

“This is a very honest and helpful place. They have a good selection of tires and services.Most of the time, the job is done right the first time.But on the rare occasion it is not, they put it right, a hassle-free honouring of their warranty. Back in my youth in New Zealand, there was a well regarded appliance retailer named Alan Martin (d. 2007) of L.V. Martin & Son Ltd (now Smith City). His slogan was, “If it’s not right we will put it right, and it’s the putting right that counts”. I'm happy that this attitude is alive and well in Florida as well.They did a great job with my wife's Landrover and it's running very well. They even said we could return after a few hundred miles to check that it is still working.”

“I was told by the Villages Subaru Dealership that I had a nail in one of my tires and it would be $59.95 plus tax to repair. Also told all four of my tires needed to be replaced because of dry rot. They are original tires, 4 years old and 23,000 miles on them. Trying to sell me tires with 2- and 3-star reviews for $1200. I went to Sumter Tire & Auto; they removed two nails which had not pierced through the tire and told me my two rear tires (used to be on the front) should be replaced in 6-12 months depending on how much I drive. Did not charge me, no repair needed. Checked pressure on all my tires, including donut. Great, honest people work there!”
“Accurso Auto Repair is a quality automobile service business. Very honest, trustworthy and immediately instills confidence that you have found the right place for your car. I have a 2002 mustang convertible that I take very good care of. It only has 53,000 miles on it but of course it's still a22-year-old car.Accurso did not let me down. I needed a new transmission as well as all the usual Filters and liquids and now it's humming like a little MUSTANG should. Gary and Jason are just like "family". My husband had his 2005 Lexus repaired there recently and he feels the same. If you find yourself at a car so Auto Repair, you have lucked out!”

“This was the only place in town that could align my 1974 Corvette. I tried 3 other places (one who said they could do it, kept the car overnight, then said their machine did not go back that far.) These guys did not bat an eye at it and took it in immediately. Less than an hour later I was back on the road and it runs perfectly straight down the road!One more note: While I was waiting, I over heard another customer booking their car in for service. She was running down the list of things she wanted done and said she wanted a new battery because it had been a couple of years. The service writer told her they would test it and let her know because "There is no reason to replace a perfectly good battery." Where else do you get service like that instead of money hungry people selling you stuff you don't need?”

“We went to 2 Tire Choice shops. The first 1 closest to us & what we considered "our shop" was TERRIBLE! May never go there again. Temporary staff, don't think they even looked at our truck & sent us to the Wedgewood or Colony store. Wedgewood shop was GREAT! We called the day B4. My husband got there about 1 pm & diagnosed within a half hour. However, the Parts store sent the Wrong part (not fault of Tire Choice Wedgewood). Once they had the correct part, it didn't take long to fix.I give the Spanish Springs store a 0 Stars & the Wedgewood store 4 stars (always room for improvement). We definitely would go back to Wedgewood.”
“So I went in to have my brakes and my rotors changed, and there was a little bit of a discrepancy on pricing, where, at the expense of my confusion the store manager, Aaron took it upon himself to still honor the price that I thought I was quoted at… not only did he honor the price but as ashamed, as I am to admit this, I was extremely belligerent and rude, because I felt like I was being taken advantage of. Hindsight is always 2020 as I soon discovered that there was an error on my end, and I had to pin my tail between my legs. I must say this he (Aaron) in no way shape or form needed to do this, especially considering the fact that he had a written quote right in front of him that I had signed. However, because I was dealing with two different employees, there was just a little bit of confusion on the back-and-forth between the two of them. To be quite honest, I was absolutely shocked that somebody would go above and beyond what was necessary to fix the problem, but Aaron did that, when I would’ve kicked my own self out of the store, Not only did he fix the problem he was excellent in explaining everything to me in terms of what needed done right now, and what would need done in the not too distant future. I came from a horrible experience with a mechanic, so it was a breath of fresh air to have somebody who treated me like a human being, and not like a bag of money. If you need a great, honest, reliable, and trust worthy mechanic, this is where you need to be.”
“When I brought my car in for the second time my engine light came on two weeks after I thought it was fixed I expected another big bill. I was surprised when I was told that there was no cost. It takes a caring company for its customers to do this. This is an honest company and it's staff are part of that. Morris and Nick are great. I will be coming to Pep Boys for all my car needs. I would recommend them to everyone.”

“I would like to say Thank You to the Management & Staff of Tire Choice. We were visiting friends @ The Villages in our 2023 Winnebago Travato when we picked up a self-tapping sheet metal screw in our right rear tire, and our tpms showed a leak. We called TC and they said bring it down.They went above & beyond Great Service!!! We were in & out in less then 30 minutes, as they jacked it up manually, removed the tire, patched it internally, remounted the tire, then checked the air pressure in all our RV tires…Then they said, is there anything else we can help you with? Wow, that’s Fantastic Service at its Best… I don’t write a lot of reviews, but they deserve the Best, I would give them 6 Stars, if I could… Don’t hesitate to use Tire Choice….Thanks Again… Butch & Debbie…”
