“I bought a hyundai tucson from drive time and had concerns about the front end and it needed serviced. They found problems with it and handled what they could thru silverrock. I still need to buy front tires because they are dry rotted. They really tried hard to get me those tired but silverrock refused to put new tires on front. I suggest that if you buy a vehicle from drive time, take it there and they will do an extensive check. Thank you for your help, Automasters. I will be bringing my vehicle back.”

“We were traveling home pulling our travel trailer and all of a sudden the truck had a weird shake. We pulled over to look at tires but noticed nothing. A few minutes later we happened to drive by Triple D Wholesale Tires. They were closed but we noticed someone was still there. Damon was still there doing paperwork and very kindly came out to look at our tires. He noticed a huge bubble in one of the back tires of our truck. Thank goodness we stopped and did not try to go the 100 more miles we were traveling today. The tire most likely would have burst which could have caused a major issue for us. Damon helped us get the spare tire from under the truck and jacked up the truck so we could put the spare on. He then offered to let my husband clean up his hands at the sink and offered us cold drinks before we left. This all happed almost an hour after they closed. We were very lucky Damon was at work late and so kind to help us. We are not from the area but want to let people know what a great place Triple D Wholesale is.”

“If your looking for honesty out of a mechanic you can find it here. I don't know the first thing about cars. My brakes felt like they were going out, something was wrong. I took my car to Darren and told him I need new brakes or pads or whatever he suggested, and left my car in his care. He could have easily replaced something and I wouldn't have known any better and been happy with the bill. Instead it was a minor cleaning and for barely nothing, I was on my way. Brakes are fine now. I'll be back to Darren for anything and everything in the future!Service: Brakes”

“We were returning home, from a camping trip, when we stopped to eat and realized one of our week old 5th wheel tires had a screw in it, and sitting at 40 psi.We found another place to air the tire while we looked for help.We called Parker's and they said they did 5th wheel tires. We drove the 6 or so miles from I-75 to Parker's.We went over our options and decided to replace the tire with an inexpensive option to get me the remaining 200 miles.After deciding, they guided me where they wanted me to back in and within 20 minutes, I was on the way home.The prices are fair and their service was great. The technician, who I wish I got his name, was very friendly and addressed any concerns I had, such as air pressure from 65 to 80 and preferred jacking point, without fuss.Great job on Customer Service and I'm extremely happy I wasn't there for hours, even though they had a full shop.If you find yourself in the Ocala/Zuber area with an RV tire issue, and you can limp here, get away from the interstate and go to Parker's. I promise you'll appreciate it, over sitting at Love's or some other truck stop for hours.”

“I have to say being a woman, taking your vehicle anywhere is always a hassle. I knew either my fuse or my blower motor was messed up in my AC. I called Pep Boys and they automatically wanted $80 just to pop my hood. Batten automotive gave me a free AC inspection. It was just a blown fuse that I must’ve looked over, and replaced it. No hidden fees, no extra charges. Great customer service (I spoke with Rick). I think I definitely found a new shop. Highly recommend!”

“Update: Sam the store manager helped me this time. He gave me a good deal on fixing the issue the car had, made sure to look at the work done under the hood with me, and explain/point out the work done. He also made sure to check that everything was attached properly. Sam is definitely the reason I'd come back to this one.Dropping off my vehicle for service, I expected for it to be late. However, the reason it was delayed was because they ordered the wrong part for it and I would potentially have to pick it up the next day. Then when I did pick it up right before closing time, the part detached itself while I was on the road because it wasn't secured enough. If I didn't have someone driving in another car to help me reattach it, my car would have been stranded and I would have had to pay for a tow truck to pick it up. I didn't have problems like this before, but this was too serious to ignore.”
