We set up an appt. for them to assess my mother in her home for the appropriate power wheelchair. Jenee, Julio and Jeff were so kind towards my mother and I. I went to Lincare in Stuart yesterday to pick up my new CPAP machine and to be fitted for a new face mask. Julie, a Respiratory Therapist, oriented me and she did a comprehensive phenomenal job. She is friendly, very knowledgeable and she anticipated all the questions I could have asked . She made sure I fully understood all aspects of my new machine . She also stressed that in order for Medicare to continue allowing me to use it I had to have a minimum of 70% of usage over the first 90 days . I totally agree with this too.
