“I first came to use Perkins when I needed connectors for my oxygen lines and the company i got my oxygen through was out of them and would not have them for at least a month. They were the only medical supply company that would sell them to me since i was not getting my supplies from them. That was a big plus for me. This year I switched to a Medicare Advantage Plan where Perkins is in Network. I called after the hospital called in the script for my oxygen and a new hospital bed. I spoke with John at the Vero Beach location and he explain what the script for the bed had to have on it and what was needed to make the whole process easier. Unlike all of the other companies I had my oxygen three days after it was received in their office. The same day that the oxygen was delivered I had an issue with part of the equipment and they were out with a replacement in less than 30 minutes of the time I called. Never had that level of service. Last Friday I received the bed and there was a issue and I called today and spoke with them and they were at my house and had the repair, was a minor 5 minute fix, done by 12:30. This was another first. I would recommend them in a heart beat and love the service. It is nice to find a medical supply company that treats you as a human rather than a cash maker.”
