“We purchased a traeger grill on Sunday, May 26th. We came home and seasoned the grill according to the instructions provided. Monday, Memorial Day we are excited to fire up the grill and to our disappointment, the grill will not turn on. I called Home Depot and was told that an employee by the name of John would be calling us back. In less than 20 minutes, John calls us back and is on the phone with my husband. John then asks for our address and tells us he will come to our house to take a look at the grill. Who does this? Especially on a holiday weekend? John came and after numerous attempts, the grill will not turn on. He said he would go back to Home Depot to get some other tools. Within approx 25 minutes, John comes back and the grill is still not working. John goes back to Home Depot, brings an assistant with a brand new grill and takes the old grill back. My husband and I could not believe that somebody would go so above and beyond. Did I mention it was a holiday? Wow! Thanks John - you truly blew us away! Barb and Jim Casto”
“Excellent as usual. Went to Stuart, FL store to return some tools we had bought and didn’t need. Part were on a gift card, part on a CC. The return went very quickly and hassle free with a cheery returns person. We had a credit to our CC and a new gift card quickly and smoothly.
Then bought some more stuff, of course.
No one can leave Lowes empty handed!”

“Always helpful staff. My only recommendation would be to avoid it on Saturday. There's too many customers in the store, and if you need an employee to answer detailed questions, they're being pulled in all directions. I can't fault the store for the high traffic! They always seem to have everything in stock. Just moved to the area, so I'm wondering if the negative reviews were from a long time ago?”

“We needed to repair a window contact on our old style alarm unit. I called late on a Friday afternoon and Bobby came right over first thing Monday morning. He did an excellent job, clean and efficient. He even suggested to check the main battery and found it almost dead, so we replaced it. Thank you for doing such a good job!”
