“I had great experience thanks to Kimmie, Lou, and Dudley. She helped me pick out the paint I needed and with a smile. The store was very busy, so I rushed through self checkout. Then halfway out into the parking lot, I heard someone calling out, and I wasn't sure if I should run or turn to look, because things had gone too well in the store. Well It was Dudley returning one of the bags I left at the register. I was almost to the car, so Dudley offered to load my car and take the cart. Great job today guys!”

“When it comes to electronics, they always have what you need. I was there shortly before Christmas, so it was busy, but I got help from a very knowledgeable & nice guy eventually. I was surprised to see only 1 register open for everything (check out, returns, cust svc, etc). I walked out with the few last minute things I needed to get under the tree, so all's well.”

There's too many customers in the store, and if you need an employee to answer detailed questions, they're being pulled in all directions. I can't fault the store for the high traffic! They always seem to have everything in stock. Just moved to the area, so I'm wondering if the negative reviews were from a long time ago?”

“I have purchased all my appliances from Jetson Appliance. The price match and their Maintance is old school!! If ever there is a problem their service department answers the telephone and the schedule you quickly for repair tech to come to your home. They stood behind a warranty on my washer and gave me a brand new one because it has more than 3 issues in 2 years. It’s family owned and they give you that personal attention and stand behind their products. We are lucky to have them in our community.”
