“We needed to repair a window contact on our old style alarm unit. I called late on a Friday afternoon and Bobby came right over first thing Monday morning. He did an excellent job, clean and efficient. He even suggested to check the main battery and found it almost dead, so we replaced it. Thank you for doing such a good job!”
“I had to write about this amazing cookie sheet/sheet pan. I have had so many over the years and paid big money for some thinking they would stay looking good but no they always look horrible after a months use. I would use spray, always would used parchment paper and cleaned after each use, but nothing worked. These from Target are absolutely unbelievable, no parchment paper or spray and they clean with ease and stay looking new, it's a miracle!I have used this pan at least 6 times doing pizza, sheet pan meals and cookies and look how they still look, just like day I got them. I have to thank my sister who told me about them, best part they are reasonably priced.”

“Verizon is fortunate to have Derek representing them. My 91 y.o. mother went in and bought a phone that was not user friendly for her. They also sold her on a watch too that she would never use as a phone. WE took all back and Derek was very patient . After paying restocking and set up fees, (unfortunately non refundable), he then set us up with a basic iPhone. This 5 star review is for his service. I have not always been happy with Verizon. Anyway, he also figured out a monthly charge on her bill that no one else could figure out what it was for. He contacted the dept. that deals with disputes and put me on the phone to investigate and open a case. If you need a tech saavy, nice and patient employee, he's the man.”

I was surprised to see only 1 register open for everything (check out, returns, cust svc, etc). I walked out with the few last minute things I needed to get under the tree, so all's well.”

If ever there is a problem their service department answers the telephone and the schedule you quickly for repair tech to come to your home. They stood behind a warranty on my washer and gave me a brand new one because it has more than 3 issues in 2 years. It’s family owned and they give you that personal attention and stand behind their products. We are lucky to have them in our community.”

“There's a pharmacy tech I tend to get helped by often-she has glasses, red brown hair, she's tall and slim... poor woman was running around barely with enough time for a pee break and to get a snack... I felt awful. She was so kind and helped me so quickly. She had her snacks in her hand rushing back into the pharmacy area checking in with customers as she passed thru! She's absolutely amazing though I don't remember seeing her tag. She's always kind every time I go, in fact I've never come across a rude employee there. Madison checked me out today and she was super sweet as well! Seeing the bad reviews just spoke to my heart to write a WELL DESERVED GOOD ONE! Well done y'all, and thank you!”
