Great cars great customer service I went and found a really good car A Mini Cooper wasn't a Volkswagen but I've been able to go back and get the car fix and negotiate pretty good on how's the car running and everything

After a terrible experience with the VW dealer's service department near me, I drove 40 miles for a service appointment here. Arrived at 8:00, was kept updated on the diagnostic, and my warranty repair was done by 10:30. I expected to be there for several hours so I was impressed.

I had to beg sales staff to help me. The sales staff was unresponsive, unorganized and unknowledgeable. I asked 3 times for a different sales person and my request was blown off. 2 days later I'm waiting for an answer on a question than Tom Bush had in 10 minutes.
