“I can not say enough good things about this place! I was stuck on the side of the interstate with my Durango overheating. Literally shaking from the ordeal, I called them as soon as they opened. I was greeted with a very kind gentleman on the phone who was patient with me as he listened to my ordeal. He was overbooked and didn't have an opening until Tuesday (today is Thursday), but went ahead and allowed me to tow my car to his shop.Not expecting to hear anything about a quote much less have it fixed, within a few hours he and his staff completely fixed my car! The price was amazing! Extremely reasonable and I must say that especially during a time where our world is so chaotic, these gentlemen changed my views on mechanics. “Had a blow out on my RV Saturday 12/30 on A1A in St Augustine Beach. Called Island Tire and their response was over and above what was expected. I didn't realize both of my rear tires had blown. The repair tech put one tire on and followed me to make sure I made it the short distance to my campsite. Hands down one of the nicest guys I've ever dealt with in an emergency. He stayed in contact and kept me updated on his arrival time, etc. very reasonable price too!”

Staff is very knowledgeable especially when it comes to Fords. When I got our truck back it started a bit rough & called them right away. “I must say so far so good Firestone has delivered exceptional service in providing the best customer service. I have read many reviews that are not the greatest and I really do sympathize with those that have had a bad experience. However, my two experiences have been great. I came in a half a year ago to have my front tires changed. I was in and out within two hours max. This time around, my most recent I was on my way to work realized my tire was flat, I made an online appt in the evening and then next morning at 10AM I was good to bring my car in, in my eyes that is a same day appt, especially since I booked close to midnight the night before.I was running a tad behind so I called at 9:30 AM requesting to push my appt back to 12PM instead of 10AM the gentleman on the phone said; "I will see you at 12. I ended up arriving at 11:30AM got checked in I said I wanted one tire the one that was out it was advised to get two so I did they were both 2017 tires so no harm there, I was told there were only two technicians working one left home sick, it was fine my wait was a little shy of 4 hrs. I had my laptop and got work done so it was no biggie, they have a large waiting area; I opted to go across the street grabbed a bite at the coffee shop and worked on my laptop. I do want to mention the manager Joe (Joseph) is AWESOME!!! I have dealt with him previously and he is great! Very knowledgeable, kind, courteous, and all around a great guy. Sounds like a Newyorker (going off of my accent knowledge) haha nonetheless I am satisfied with the work here and since I am new to FL altogether I think this is my spot for tire needs.”
