Anna, the manager, is so helpful and sweet. I’ve been going to this Lucky for years and always have the best experience in the store.

I’ve been to this particular Lucky Brand store twice, and both times I was spoken to in a way that made me feel uncomfortable. Both times the other customers who entered were greeted with far more kindness. I won’t be coming back. It’s unfortunate because I love the brand.
