“A visit to the Vans store is always a fun one for me. Was excited to see the new store after it had relocated from a much smaller one in the outlets property. The new location was super spacious and well organized. Great selection of men’s, women’s and children’s shoes and clothes. The sales are very nice of course. On this visit Inhad the pleasure of meeting Chloe, Caelan & Sydney. They were amazingly friendly and professional. The entire staff helped make my shopping visit a comfortable and relaxing one. Will greeted us and was very attentive: Julie was extremely knowledgeable about the distinctions between various New Balance shoes. She observed my gait, how my existing shoes had worn, and made recommendations accordingly. An added bonus: my wife found shoes on clearance that were much more comfortable than what she was wearing, and bought them, too!”
“Great prices, lots of selection and a very helpful staff - of all the stores at the Premium Outlet Mall in St Augustine, Merrills offered the most legitimate “Factory Outlet Prices. Most of the other stores only offer outdated merchandise priced close to what you can buy at it at other retailers.The most common deal was “Buy 2 and get the second one at 50% off”. At Merrill we bought three pairs of shoes and got 50% off all three. These shoes were already competitively priced. I highly recommend visiting the Merrill’s outlet store.”

I had a few gifts to buy and I'm not a fan of shopping. I walked in very unsure and undecided. I'm sure I drove him crazy! He was so helpful and kind. He helped me pick out every single gift, and even convinced me to buy a few things for myself. This was my first time at Puma and with an employee like Rui, I will definitely be back. The personal attention he gave to me was something that you don't see in other stores. He actually turned my dreaded shopping trip into a good time.
