They had the item I wanted at a good price and good quality. While there, I witnessed a store manager handle a customer complaint beautifully with a compromise that left the other customer happy when he left.

All the tools are here. I prefer coming here over Lowes/Home Depot for tools. Better prices, better returns/warranties, and you can always immediately find a staff member if you need help.
