“I was referred to ERNIES by the local Home Depot for a specific item they did not handle. Upon entering the store i was immediately greeted and felt as if I were a regular customer. I had the pleasure of being served by Nathan and Kevin who knew their jobs very well and found me exactly what i needed. Because of their attention to detail and zest for their job i ended up making a tool purchase i was planning on making at another local big box store. i cant say enough good things about my purchase and how competitive they are in price and the service and convenience is on such a personal level i thought was long gone. and it is nice to know everything i need i also just a click away on their website. “I wasn’t sure what this store had for me but am always intrigued with anything “tools” so I decided to check it out while the family did their girl shopping. I was blown away by the selection! If you’re into woodwork and general shop tools, this place seems to have it. Unfortunately, the tools I was looking for are electrician related tools so I didn’t have a need for this line of tools but I did very much enjoy looking around to see what was there.”

“Cashier was kind/kind enough. Felt that, what I assume was the lady manager, gave me a hard time on a sprayer I was looking at. Was in a bit of a rush and asked if could open it (4 gal) and take outside to see if would fit on my jet ski trailer vs the 2g. Offered to leave ID and cash and even pay for all in advance.Said wouldn't do since she'd have to open box it out. Asked if could use the display (prob a couple zip ties to replace is the only effort) and she said "no, couldn't do that" or "we can't do that."Honestly, I was offended...All the other HF's I've been too the employees are SUPER cool people and understand "giving the customer the pickle" if you are on the up and up on retail lingo. LolMy qualifications to comment on this? I managed retail stores for 13 years. Up to 14 stores and 100 employees.Visit was at 6:50pm Aug 10thHonestly, really felt bad after leaving on this visit. Sucks because I love HF!!! :DThank youUpdate: On 9/12/23 went back in. A man with a Superviser tag easily allowed me to take the sprayers outside to see if they fit. Even opened both boxes.Willing to give the lady the benefit of the doubt (Maybe she was sticking to rules. Who knows), but this was the experience I've always seen as typical (today). The parking is scary since it's next to chic fila but once your in the store then the outside world is gone. My husband shouldn't worry about target he should stress Home Depot”

“I went to get Ceiling fans for our new home. We went in on Saturday and they had 5 of the 6 in the style we wanted. Kevin checked and stated they had a truck coming in that evening. He promised if the fan came in, he would hold it for us. When we arrived this morning (7/23/2023), he had the fan sitting at his workstation waiting for us to come in and get it.”
