Everything about this place was exceptional. Every staff member was helpful, kind, and professional. The facility was spotless and well-maintained. Sean was fantastic to work with—he made the entire process easy and was both honest and transparent. I actually enjoyed waiting for my car to be fixed. I will definitely be back!

This is in addition to the fact that service at this dealership really is provided with a smile, as it used to be in the old days. My service advisor, Jake, made everything very easy, which made him, and the service of my vehicle, an unexpected pleasure.

I normally don't do reviews but I must share the Excellent service I received at Fields Cadillac. I scheduled an appointment for service on my husband's Escalade and unfortunately my husband was very sick. I arrived at Fields quite emotional due to learning that my husband was going to be put on hospice. Joe in service greeted me and I went to his office to get checked in. I explained that my husband was on hospice and I needed to get home right away. Joe immediately got our vehicle checked in and had Bobby drive me home. Bobby was so kind and understanding. The customer service was both Professional and understanding. The vehicle was returned to me by Bobby and repairs and routine maintenance were completed on time and our Escalade is running perfectly. The service department and all of the Fields Cadillac Team are Exceptional! The Fields Team goes above and beyond quality service. They truly care about their customers...
