“I bought my first new car ever this year and I was so upset that someone had damaged my door and left a big chunk of paint missing. Since it wasn't just a surface scratch I knew I should get it fixed before it had the chance to get rusty and then cause me to need an entire new door.I'd never taken a car to a body shop before, and I was nervous about picking one to do my car, and Turbo being half the price of competitors made me wonder if the work would still be as good of quality as elsewhere. But I'm glad I took a chance with them. They were very accommodating to let me drop off my car early, and the door looks brand new and you can't tell anything ever happened to it. They really did high quality work at such a better price than everyone else. The tech (I didn't get his name) was also very nice and took time out to help get something else off my car that somehow got stuck to it, even when it wasn't something that they did.They don't have a mobile tech right now, which is a big reason I picked them in addition to the price, so that I wouldn't have to make special arrangements with my job. But they were very accommodating in spite of that which I was grateful for.The main reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5, though, was because I was very uneasy having photos taken of my debit card on the tech's cell phone and the photos sent to someone else for billing. I'm not sure why they don't have a credit card reader.Overall, though, if I need any more body work done I would go to them again easily. I had my car back looking brand new in a day.”

“I cannot say enough positive things about this body shop and restoration company. The very beginning these people were so nice and professional and thoroughly explained everything that we need to be done according to what I was asking for with my project car. I could have waited until the very end my restoration project but I just wanted to get this review out there as quickly as I could. The owner Craig and all the people that work with him are extremely professional and they did just amazing work on a vehicle that was 30 years old. If you have a project car or any vehicle that needs work to it I would highly recommend using them. This place is perfect for people who have muscle cars that want to do restoration as well.”

“Had a great experience in the Service Department. My key fob on my 2019 Dodge Grand Caravan suddenly stopped working one day after school. I didn't even know what to do or how to even get the car started. I called for help and Ashley put me in touch with Rodney who was very helpful over the phone. I went in person and he quoted me on a replacement, and we made arrangements to get it done the following week. The service was excellent, quick & efficient. The service staff including Jennifer was very friendly to me and the other customers in the dealership. I watched their interactions and was very impressed. One of the best experiences I've ever had at a service department, they really seemed to care and wanted to help. Outstanding!”

“Took my vehicle there for repairs after being cut-off by an impaired driver on I-295 south ramp from I-95. This was a "preferred" State Farm repair facility so I thought they had to be good. Had originally posted 1 star review because service & communication was non-existent. It was very frustrating but after contacting their corporate office, things got better. My car looks brand new & their general manager was great. I think if they can work on their communication skills they would be a good repair facility. Customers want honesty, status reports and to be heard & understood. Having an accident is stressful enough.Services: Steering & suspension repair”
