Pine Brook Pharmacy #3 is consistently described as one of the best pharmacies around and the best in the county. Customers report that the staff and the pharmacist are always very helpful, pleasant, kind, competent, caring, personable, and understanding. They show concern for their customers and clearly are there for them. The employees, and specifically the pharmacist, go above and beyond and exceed expectations. They are intelligent and provide valuable advice. The pharmacy is reliable, especially when larger commercial pharmacies cannot be counted on. They are helpful when customers are in a bind, will order medications they do not have, and keep close tabs on prescriptions. They work quickly to fill orders, often faster than promised. Customers appreciate all they do and express that they will never go back to other pharmacies.
