Poor customer service. Wanted to open a new account told me to go online it easy, Get home to do that online yells me need to go into the branch!?

Not enough help for the volume of business. No one available to answer basic questions on promotional offers and specifics of terms and conditions other than go online.

The manager was not helpful at all and had no idea what she was talking about. Clueless...I didn’t appreciate how Susan handled things at all. Very unprofessional. I’ve been a customer for 10 years. But after this I will not be staying with Wells Fargo any longer. I do not recommend.
