Not enough help for the volume of business. No one available to answer basic questions on promotional offers and specifics of terms and conditions other than go online.

Pack a lunch because there is no sense of urgency here at this bank for any teller. Stay far away from the drive thru, it's even worst.

The manager was not helpful at all and had no idea what she was talking about. Clueless...I didn’t appreciate how Susan handled things at all. Very unprofessional. I’ve been a customer for 10 years. But after this I will not be staying with Wells Fargo any longer. I do not recommend.

Not only is Wells Fargo one of the worst banks around, This particular branch is consistently bad.

If I could give 0 I would. Not just this branch. I've been dealing with an inherited IRA for weeks. Trying to transfer out now. WF makes everything inconvenient for their customers.

We have numbers of accounts at Wells Fargo. We need to close one. We walked into the lobby and were there was no one there who could help with an account. We then went to another nearbyWF branch and were told the same thing.Wells Fargo could save a lot money by no longer having physical locations, just ATMs.If they don't offer banking services at a bank, then why have a bank?

Cannot get anyone to answer the phone. This has been multiple times, different days. I get routed to California, south Carolina call banking centers. What i needed handled can only be done by speaking to a banker at a branch. Not online- and not a $14/hr call center employee.

Very unhelpful. Can only handle very basic tasks inside branch. Anything more requires you to call their customer service number and sit on hold for hours. Been randomly locked out of my account more times than I can count and unable to access my money for days on end at times. Scary situation

Took a check here to cash, and was told “ sorry I can’t cash check, my computer says contact issuer” ??? Contact the issuer. So I went to my local south side Wells Fargo and cashed the check with no problem at all. (This was a Wells Fargo check) maybe it’s me?????

Unfortunately worst bank ever 1star operation bad customer service the representative would not even provide me her name or title by the way first Bank I ever went into where they didn't say hello or how can we help you... I was simply cashing a payroll check I'm the power of attorney over my fiance who is clinging to life at a local hospital. I had the original copy of the POA legal binding contract notarized with two witnesses whom are doctors and surgeons at Bayfront stating I'm his surrogate and POA. she would not cash the check and was not giving me a reason why... she would not even give me her name or title I had to take a picture of her name tag on the desk (her name is Helena) instead she's talking to someone on the phone giving them my personal information when I'm sitting right there she literally treated me as if I was not in the same room with her when I told her she's withholding company information because I asked for the legal department's phone number and a person name I can speak with? she would not provide it to me I asked these two questions 5 times she asked if I had an attorney? what does that have to do with anything yes I do have an attorney and... she did not even answer anything I mean what was that outburst for? argumentative to say the very least since she would not provide me her title nor name it is company policy and my right to know who I'm speaking with and the title in which I'm speaking to at the establishment it is also my constitutional right to make a review on this website in which she said if I made a review it would be a threat? Excuse me that's why there's star ratings at the top of the website and a review column because it is our right to let others know what type of company you are running so they don't waste their time going there. How can a woman like this be in control of people's business affairs when she profiles them at the door and treats them with no dignity. just because I might not have a lot of money doesn't mean I don't have really good connections she did this to be somewhat of an agitation there was no reason for her behavior and theatrics of not providing me company information and phone number now myself and two other people stated themselves they will not take their business to Wells Fargo in the future so you just lost 3 future potential customers however I will be back to cash that check tomorrow and I can guarantee it will get cashed. even if I have to bring my attorney by the way the notary already knows about this event they've been in business for over 51 years which is longer than the woman has been alive. And the notary would be happy to make any kind of changes necessary. Again this must be why everyone tells me oh you're going to Wells how can we screw you over Fargo... They weren't lying. That woman should be ashamed of herself knowing the situation and I had all the proper documentation. I know this will not happen again maybe now she'll take a little bit more time for customers learn how to treat people that's the best advice I can give this branch. Never bringing my business there.

Have experienced great customer service each time I’ve been into the branch. Greatly appreciated
