The customer service was excellent, and they quickly deduced and fixed the problem for a very reasonable price. Eastside also helped me get rid of a vehicle that was taking up space, which I greatly appreciated. “I have a 2019 Cadillac Escalade. I get my Escalade serviced at Sullivan Cadillac. I had Sullivan’s take the Escalade for a ride to check it. I asked Sullivan’s to not service it until they let me know what’s going on with it and the cost. They came back to me with the cost $1647.81. They showed me the work order everything but what I went in there for. So I went to Turner Transmission. They took it out for a test drive to check it. They told me what the problem was and fixed the problem. Rebecca the receptionist in which I would call her one of the guys, was very courteous and friendly. The owner and his team did an excellent job. They didn’t waste anytime. Thank you all so very much. The owner and his team was about their business. Excellence.”

“This was not my first experience with Pals. I have been coming and getting my cars serviced and repaired with Pals for about three yesrs. Its a family friendly establishment. They are professional and at least try and find you the lowest rates for your parts needed and also, provide you with adetail instruction of whats being repaired of service up front.
You dont feelthat you have been taking the advantage of. I will continue to use their services.

“Kudos to Anthony O'Brien for being an honest, truly caring man! We bought a truck he was selling this past week! Before we could even get it home, it overheated 3 times! He towed it back to the garage at his expense and told us he would either fix it or give us our money back! This was so kind of him! He could've said sorry, you bought it "as is"; but he wanted us to be happy! This is why he has such an awesome reputation! If we lived closer and ever needed car repair, we would definitely not hesitate to go to his garage! We highly recommend O'Briens!
