“I was leaving town on a trip next day and needed my Ac Recharged. They took at the last minute on a Friday before closing. Did a complete professional job and were very nice.. The reason I recommend them I had gone to them before thinking I needed a transmission. We went for a test drive and the mechanic ask if I recently bought a new battery for my car. I said YES...... I was told the reason my transmission was acting up is the " The Model of Car I had the transmission had to reset itself which it DID" .Gallo's Could of Sold me a new transmission but they were Honest!!!!!I had found me a local honest mechanic.”

“I have a 2019 Cadillac Escalade. I get my Escalade serviced at Sullivan Cadillac. I had Sullivan’s take the Escalade for a ride to check it. I asked Sullivan’s to not service it until they let me know what’s going on with it and the cost. They came back to me with the cost $1647.81. They showed me the work order everything but what I went in there for. So I went to Turner Transmission. They took it out for a test drive to check it. They told me what the problem was and fixed the problem. Rebecca the receptionist in which I would call her one of the guys, was very courteous and friendly. The owner and his team did an excellent job. They didn’t waste anytime. Thank you all so very much. The owner and his team was about their business. Excellence.”

They are thorough in letting you know what the issue is, along with all options you have. I have one vehicle that is still under warranty.
