“I have used Brandon Equine as my back up vet for years. When my vet doesn't have the equipment for what my horse needs she sends me BE. I have also been asked to bring one of my horses for demonstration use.Early November 2023, one of my horses was showing neurological signs and my vet sent me to BE. They did X-rays and gave a diagnosis of a bone fracture. My vet along with the vet at BE said steroids and antibiotics should fix the problem. At first my horse was getting better but early December he took a turn for the worst. I called my vet out to euthanize him but my vet was out of town and said call BE . The receptionist said I will get a call back. 6 hours later, I called again. The call that I got back , I was told that because my horse is not a wellness program horse they will not send someone out. I panicked. My horse was not able to move very well and he couldn't spend the night in the cold. Finally they did come out, and euthanized him, but did not sedate him and did not wait for me to be by his side. To say the least, I am disappointed. They have always been very good to me, but I was very let down at the care they gave this great horse in the end.”

Now that we are established clients I can call or text for advice and she will make a farm call when I need her. Last week my goat was kidding and had one baby with no problem. The second one would not come out and Dr. Ercoli came and had to maneuver it around to pull it out. She saved my mama goat’s life and I will always be grateful. She knows her stuff and is very pleasant to be around. You will never find a better vet.”

We had an appt to euthanize the cat but unfortunately the cat passed away before we could get there. They sent my wife a sympathy card signed by everyone with hearfelt messages of genuine care and concern for a cat they barely saw or treated. After this experience, we knew this was a safe place to have our Siberian Husky to receive all of his future care.”

“I am a newer client at Suncoast Vet Clinic. I came to them when my primary vet could not get my very sick cat in to see them. Suncoast was able to fit me in same day, within 30 minutes of me calling. Upon arriving we were greeted quickly and made comfortable in a room. The vet office is lovely. They really care about animals and their people. My Little Grey felt so safe and secure with the entire staff. They were with me throughout her entire sickness and made her much more comfortable. They talked me through everything thoroughly and called frequently to check up on her. They even let me call and ask questions, which I had frequently as things progressed. When the time came and she had gained her wings we were devastated. They handle her with such care and cried with us. A few weeks later I received a hand written sympathy card signed by the entire staff. I can’t say enough how much I appreciate Dr. Logan and the entire staff. They made the most heartbreaking experience a little more tolerable. I will be switching over all my animals care. Forever customer here.”

“Compasión and real caring. This is what this veterinary practice demonstrated with our boy Orion.He got sick with a terrible stomach bug. After a rejection from his normal vet clinic because he had no appointment scheduled (how in the world could have we forecasted that all of the sudden he was going to get sick?!) we were able to get in touch with Valrico Animal Clinic and Dr. Alexandra Allen was able to get him into schedule for the same day. Dr. Allen is amazing and we are super thankful. She explained Orion’s final diagnosis and right quick gave him some shots and medication to take back home. Within an hour Orión was back to normalcy. She is very knowledgeable and was so caring with Orion.The front office staff was very attentive and friendly. Also, Dr.Allen assistant. Our two babies have a new home at this practice.”

From regular checkups and vaccinations, to surgeries, blood work, and teeth cleanings, I have never once had an issue with this facility. When it was time to put down my soul cat due to old age and kidney disease, they explained everything and were very patient and sweet throughout the entire process even when I was emotional. “If there is any vet you want your pet to see, make it this one. From the start, I was a bit nervous for my dog as he it was his first time and it had been an eventful day. They were so welcoming with arms wide open and adored every part about my little buddy. They made it very clear to him he was safe and fed him treats to ensure he was able to trust them. Levi definitely loved the Spoiling the Clinic ladies gave him!!! If there is anything I’d say they did wrong, I’d say absolutely nothing! They were so easy to work with and communicated each step and process they were doing. They also recommended any thing they thought would be helpful during the visit to keep him healthy and well, which will be followed up on! :) to say Levi and I are pleased as a new doggy patient.. would be understatement. A first good impression goes along ways and these ladies definitely did it! Thank you so much! ❤️Here Is a bit of an update: Since Seeing animal medical center Levi’s life has been turned around and given a second chance, thankfully to these Amazing staff and Dr’s Levi’s thyroid levels are back on track, heart worm free, and Living his best life. Without animal medical center I am convinced I wouldn’t have my best friend still with me and for that I am beyond thankful and will always Recommend them because just like you do, they care for your babies too.”

“We had to put our dog down this week. This place was reasonable and caring. The other places I called around to wanted to charge a ton and do a full exam on a 15 year old dog who wouldn’t eat, take her meds, could hardly walk and can’t hear or see. It’s a hard enough decision without someone questioning our judgment or trying to talk us in to other things. Dr. Ercoli and her assistant were kind they held her gave her treats and it’s the only time in going to the vet that she didn’t get nervous.”
