First poor experience. There was a huge lack of communication on drop off procedures and expectations. Very frustrating. Every prior experience had been exceptional.

I paid $115 for the year so my dog can get his nails clipped and buffed but they never buff them. Didn’t think I had to let them know everytime I bring him, which is not that often.
