It’s ok but !!!!!! ATM almost always out of the service!!!!!why???l usually trying to deposit money before or after bank hours and l just can’t ,,,so upsetting.l thinking about changing bank because it’s make my life harder ,,,l have to drive all around Sarasota to find a working ATM .

I spoke to a representative 11/5/24 3:26 and finally got ahold of a human. I spoke to a man who was very defensive, spoke over me, and then hung up on me. Would not recommend this bank if you are looking for customer service.
