I spoke to a representative 11/5/24 3:26 and finally got ahold of a human. I spoke to a man who was very defensive, spoke over me, and then hung up on me. Would not recommend this bank if you are looking for customer service.

Not only did they sign me up for a bank account I didn't want, they put me on the organ donation list and now I only have one kidney. Thanks Wells Fargo.
