“The Main Street bank branch has an ATM behind the building by the parking lot. It's a drive through ATM. I walk to it all the time. I can also deposit and withdraw inside the bank with no issues or fees. Bank personnel are very kind and helpful. Bank has very peaceful pleasant vibes. App Alerts are a bit late but it's a small bank.”

Keep those drive-thrus open - they are very much needed with our senior population here in Florida and I would never go to Bank of America as they have shut down many of their drive-thru options. Heat, rain and physical handicaps make it hard for others to go into the branch to conduct simple transactions. Would also like to see a few more branches instead of closings like Lakewood Ranch and Ringling branches.”

When you walk in you’re not greeted by a random teller or worse yet a machine. You’ll sit at their desks and receive personalized service. They even know your name. “I've been a Regions customer for over 10 years, and I'm delighted with their services. They hire smart and friendly employees who are always there to help you out in special situations. After having accounts with Bank of America and Chase - Regions is a breath of fresh air! They don't bombard you with texts, emails, or junk mail. They have a Customer Service number that's very efficient. You don't have to explain things twice. I've just switched over to their new location on Tamiami Trail at the front of the Barnes & Noble's strip center because it's closer to home. I've received the same excellent service as well. If you don't like your bank - this is the one to try. They've made banking so easy for me. Highly recommended!”
