The cashier's attention was super bad, she was rude and had bad service.

I stood at the Fed Ex Onsite counter for 10 minutes waiting for someone to help me. No one acknowledged my existence. I may have well have been invisible. Someone should have let me know that the service is not available. Not left me to stand there. Do not advertise a service if you are not going to provide it.

The employees here are always extremely rude to us. The only reason they get any of our business is because they're close, but we're done with that.
