“Rani Jeffries, vp financial consultant, is very knowledgeable, excellent communication, very flexible and trustworthy. I can highly recommend her for your investment accounts. Over the past 35 years of investing with various brokerage firms, the Fidelity on-line website has been great. The app is very good as well, but not perfect.
If I need to speak with a customer service agent at the 800 number, I usually don't have to wait very long. They have been very helpful and friendly.
The only error that I have encountered was when we requested a 42(t), 5 year withdrawal for $100,000/year, someone put $100/year instead. That's a big mistake, taking almost 2 hours on the phone to correct. That makes me a little uneasy about the firm.
As long as it doesn't happen again, I'll stay with Fidelity.”

“We went to this branch on Fruitville Rd. to open a business checking account. We were greeted as soon as we walked in by a teller. Theresa took us to her office to start the process. She was very friendly, helpful, and seemed to genuinely care. She was not the person who does business accounts so she passed us over to another lady who usually works at the Siesta branch. Madeana was also super nice, and she helped us get our account set up quickly. She explained all of the services available as well. I opened an account at Chase not too long ago and it was over a 4 hour process. Now I'm thinking about switching all of our accounts over to PNC.”

“I am always treated with respect whenever I go to PNC Bank. They may not have as many locations as other banks, but they make up for it in customer service and competitive rates. This location, and the branch on the Fruitville, I find myself at quite a bit. They all know me and I am addressed by my name. I think we have a strong business relationship built up over the past few years. I also like how they are located inside of Giant Grocery stores up North (I travel to Maryland) and they have extended hours at those locations.
