Have been with FIDELITY for over25 years. It has been a SOLID relationship. You can always (almost) get answers with a phone call. However, Fidelity has been a bit SLOW in "recovering" a rather large January unauthorized (fraudulent) withdrawal.

The worst customer service i ever seen in my life. The front desk didn’t know anything about the services they just kept asking the same questions. They gave me zero answers.

I deal with their 800 number. They are great and easy to work with. Only reason for the 4 is sometimes they don’t have good broker cd rates. The last year they have gotten me some great rates. Why deal with a branch when you can do it on the phone.
